Terms and Conditions for Fun 4 You

The following conditions apply to your participation in our free programme.

2. Participation Requirements

All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Companies, legal entities and other organisations are not entitled to participate in the programme.

Participation requires a valid email address and postal address.

By registering, the participant agrees that Fun Store may send information and offers about Fun Store by email and post.

3. Contract Formation

The contract for participation in Fun 4 You is formed when Fun Store accepts the participant's registration. The registration confirmation will be sent by email.

There is no legal entitlement to participation.

4. Benefits and Advantages

Fun 4 You participants receive the following benefits, among others:

Fun Store uses the data collected as part of participation to enable personalised offers and to continuously improve the product range. Details are described in the privacy information.

5. Contract Duration and Cancellation

The contractual relationship is indefinite and may be terminated by either party at any time with one week's notice to the end of the month.

6. Changes to Fun 4 You and the Terms and Conditions

Fun Store reserves the right to make changes or additions to these terms and conditions at any time, provided that participants are not unreasonably disadvantaged by the change contrary to the principles of good faith.

Fun Store also reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions with the consent of participants – in particular when this is necessary for the simple and secure operation of the programme. Such changes to these terms and conditions will be sent to you in advance by email or post or displayed on the Fun Store website. They are deemed approved if the participant does not expressly object within two months of receiving the notification. The participant will be separately informed of this in the notification.

7. Personal and Private Use

The benefits granted under Fun 4 You are non-transferable and may only be used by the participant personally and for private purposes.

8. Participant Data

The participant undertakes to provide all information given during registration (e.g. name, date of birth, address) correctly and to notify any changes without delay.

9. Data Protection

For participation in Fun 4 You, the full name, date of birth, email address and full address of the applicant are collected during registration. This data is required for identification and implementation of the programme. Participation in the programme is not possible without this information.

After collection, this data is also used for personalised advertising information (on new products and offers, discount campaigns, competitions and events).

Fun Store also processes data on the basis of legitimate interests, in particular for the purposes of conducting marketing analyses and marketing campaigns. This refers in particular to purchasing behaviour and individual interests.

Fun Store takes the protection of personal participant data very seriously. Details on data protection for Fun 4 You can be found in the privacy information. Data is generally not passed on to third parties outside the corporate group.

10. Consumer Dispute Resolution

Fun Store endeavours to resolve any disputes arising from the Fun 4 You contractual relationship amicably. Furthermore, Fun Store is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
